何斌 博士
个人简介
何斌,博士,2011年毕业于武汉理工大学材料科学与工程学院,2017年毕业于中科院金属研究所并取得工学博士学位。2017年7月加入美的集团担任先行研发工程师,并获得发明专利授权10余项。2018年7月加入济南大学自旋电子学研究所任讲师至今。近五年来,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和山东省自然科学基金青年项目,同时参与国家和山东省科学基金4项;以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Nano Letters、Advanced Science、Applied Catalysis B: Environmental、Journal of Materials Science & Technology、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等期刊发表SCI论文多篇,详见https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4533-9537。
研究方向
1、钙钛矿氧化物薄膜的制备以及界面设计;
2、柔性低维铁性氧化物的物性调控。
